The council were not happy with the performance of the existing unit and were concern how much it was costing to service. Recotherm were asked if it would be possible to replace the existing unit without having to disturb the building structure. The original unit was cut up and removed from site, the new unit was brought on site in flat pack form and assembled in position. After slight modifications to the existing ductwork and pipework systems the unit was commissioned and set to work. The whole project was completed in two weeks.

The cost of servicing the unit has been reduced to £400.00 per annum.
