By entering the prize draw you are agreeing to these terms and conditions. The prize draw is being run by Recotherm Ltd (Recotherm).

Eligibility to enter

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age, whom are residents of the UK and are employed within the Swimming Pool Trade sector as a contractor, designer, specifier or engineer. (Excluding Recotherm employees, their families, agents or any third party directly associated with Recotherm or the administration of the Prize Draw)

2. A maximum of one entry per site enquiry is permitted, entry is registered to the individual who made the enquiry. Any additional enquiries made for the same site are eligible to enter unless from the same company as a previous entrant. Multiple entries can be made by an individual for different site enquiries.

3. The prize draw is free to enter.

How to enter

4. The prize draw will include:
a) all scanned visitors to stand D51 at SPATEX 2026 (2 entries).
b) all genuine new quotation enquiries up to Midday on the 31st March 2026. Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw (2 entries).
c) individuals who have liked one of Recotherm’s Purity Spa Stay social media posts between January 2026 and Midday on March 31st 2026 (1 entry per post like). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.
d) individuals who follow one of Recotherm’s specified social media accounts between January 2026 and Midday on March 31st 2026 (2 entries). Entries after that time and date will not be included in the draw.

5. To enter simply:
a) visit stand D51 at SPATEX and ask a member of the Recotherm team to scan your badge, and/or
b) send Recotherm your quotation enquiry for a new genuine lead. If Recotherm can quote for the project you will be provided with the quotation and automatically entered into the draw, and/or
c) like a Recotherm Purity Spa Stay social media post
d) follow one of Recotherm’s specified social media accounts

6. Recotherm will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate.

The prize

7. The prize is a one night Purity Spa Stay for two people sharing a room at Hoar Cross Hall.
The voucher is valid for a 12-month period from issue and can be redeemed on weekdays or weekends but does exclude selected dates. The Purity Spa Stay includes à la carte dinner on day one and an overnight stay in a sublime room or suite. Day two includes full spa access from 7.30am – 6pm, including the Spa Terrace from 8.30am, breakfast and a 3 course lunch as well as access to the Wellness Suite, classes and outdoor activities. Recotherm is not responsible for the quality of the prize which is supplied by a third party (Hoar Cross Hall). Any complaints or breaches of statutory rights in relation to the prize should be directed to the third party.

8. Recotherm’s use of particular brands as prizes does not imply any affiliation with or endorsement of such brands.

9. The winner will be drawn at random.

10. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered.

11. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so.

12. The decision of Recotherm regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding.

13. The winner will be drawn at random at 12pm on 6th April 2026. The winner will be announced via social media and notified by the 10th April 2026 either via social media or by the email provided.

14. Recotherm will attempt to contact the winner up to two times.

15. If the winner does not respond to communications notifying them of their win within 14 days of the second try, they will lose their right to the prize, and Recotherm reserves the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Receipt of the prize

16. Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement.

Data protection and publicity

17. You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used
by Recotherm for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice which can be found here https://recotherm.co.uk/privacy-policy

18. All entrants may apply for details of the winning participant by contacting us at enquiries@recotherm.co.uk.

19. The winner agrees to the release of their first name and place of work to any other prize draw participants if requested via Recotherm.

20 An announcement of the winner’s first name and place of work will be made via Recotherm’s social media sites, email and website.

21. Recotherm does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that Recotherm does not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

22. Recotherm does not provide any form of practical or IT support for booking this prize. The prize shall be provided in the form of a voucher. General

23. Recotherm reserves the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

24. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
