Our 3 Year Warranty, paired with the Fixed Price Maintenance Plan, provides peace of mind by covering parts and labour for mechanical faults. Proper maintenance by trained and experienced engineers is essential to keep your unit operating at peak performance. That’s why our warranty is tied to our Maintenance Plan. During each service visit, our engineers meticulously inspect and fine-tune every component, restoring the unit to its original commissioned condition. This prevents undue stress, minimises energy costs, reduces downtime and protects your investment.

After Sales Support
For those on our Fixed Price Maintenance Plan, we provide priority access to our expert engineers, including telephone support and call-outs. Plus, any parts replaced during the warranty period are covered by an additional 12-month warranty, offering extended protection for your investment.

What happens if I don’t take out a maintenance plan?
If you choose not to take advantage of the Maintenance Plan your unit will still be protected by an Installer’s Warranty for up to 12 months from commissioning or 18 months from delivery, whichever is shorter. However, to benefit from our comprehensive 3 year Manufacturer’s Warranty, you must activate a Maintenance Plan at the start of the warranty period.
