Thank you for choosing a Recotherm swimming pool ventilation unit. Our units are the most reliable and long-lasting on the market and we want to help to ensure your unit continues to deliver an exceptional atmosphere, operates efficiently and maximise its lifespan.
Your swimming pool ventilation unit is eligible for our free 3-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty when you sign up for our 3-year Fixed Price Maintenance Plan. This plan includes regular servicing and maintenance by a Recotherm engineer as well as parts and labour in the event of a breakdown due to mechanical faults.

Your pool ventilation unit isn’t an aesthetically pleasing piece of kit which is why it’s usually hidden away in a plant room or located outside.
However, it’s key to ensuring your continued enjoyment of your pool.
Without a working ventilation unit you will, over time, experience condensation, black mould, stuffy air quality and damage to your building. All of which means an uncomfortable environment in which to spend your quality downtime.

At each service visit our fully trained engineers will interrogate each component throughout your ventilation unit to ensure it is achieving optimal performance. Checking each component and restoring it to its original commissioned status will ensure the unit is not under stress and overworking which will help keep energy costs down and reduce the likelihood of downtime.
After Sales Support
After sales support is a vital part of your experience and we pride ourselves on providing the best after sales service as possible. Our specialist engineers are on hand to assist with any technical help you may need, whether it be modifying the way the unit operates or a mechanical issue.
Fixed Price Maintenance Plan customers will always receive priority access to our engineers via telephone support and call outs.
Customers covered by our warranty will not pay for any labour or parts for 3 years and any parts replaced right up to the end of the 3 year period will be covered by a separate 12 month warranty.
What happens if I don’t take out a maintenance plan?
If you decide not to opt for our maintenance plan your ventilation unit will be covered by an Installer’s Warranty for a full 12-month period from commissioning, or 18-months from delivery whichever is shorter.
You are welcome to take out a Recotherm Fixed Price Maintenance Plan at any point during the life of your ventilation unit, but our Warranty will only be valid when a Maintenance Plan is undertaken at the start of the warranty period.
